Mr S.P.S Rawat specializes in general accounting, including preparing financial statements, management reporting, establishing MIS systems, costing, sales accounting, auditing, and various allied tasks. These tasks include liaising with banks and financial institutions for arranging bank limits, assisting with statutory assessments, preparing monthly agendas and minutes, and preparing entries for asset, liability, and capital accounts. He has comprehensive knowledge in all areas of accounting and finance.

Mr. Rawat has over 36 years of experience and has handled these responsibilities at USHA Shriram, one of India’s largest consumer durable companies. He joined the company in 1987 and left in September 2023. Throughout his career, he managed accounts and finance with a direct reporting line to the management and stakeholders. He also had the significant responsibility of preparing and finalizing balance sheets for various USHA Shriram Group companies for 36 consecutive years.
